Terms Of Service
Fursuit Quotes are open every so often on my Twitter and are valid for 6 months OR unless I have made a price change to my Fursuit prices, in which a new quote will be needed. Fursuit Commissions open every couple of months or so and will be posted on the Scarlet Wings Twitter. Commissions are taken via submission in a google form I post on my page which is usually open for 24 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or change your commission should problems arise.
Any Fursuit items totaling $1000 or less MUST be paid in full. I no longer offer payment plans on items this price or lower.
Fursuit items totaling $1001 and up will have a non-refundable down payment of 30% of your quoted suit price, and then must be paid off in no more than THREE payments over three months.
If 6 months have passed since your last payment and contact has dropped between the client and business owner then we will have to mark your commission as abandoned.
The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable, though we do offer refunds on the other 70% depending on how far along your project is.
Project Not Started: 70% refund
Project Started: 60% Refund
Project 50% Finished: 30% Refund
Project Completed: 0% Refund
We do not start on projects until the full amount has been paid off.
Shipping is not included in the commission price and will be determined upon sending out the costume. We ship through most providers and tracking will always be provided. Signature is available upon request. Scarlet Wings Fursuits is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
I require an up-to-date reference sheet of your character to go off of when making your product. If I have made a mistake when following your reference sheet or instructions I will fix it no problem on my time and dime. Any changes you would like made to your suit that are NOT established on your reference sheet, and have not been previously discussed with me will have a $50 minimum change fee that can rise due to the complexity of the change, hours needed to redo the change, and cost for new materials. I cannot guarantee to be able to match the fur to your pre-existing suit when buying additional parts from me, but I will do my absolute best to find a match appropriate for you.
I no longer accept “downgrades” on fullsuits. This means that if you commission a fullsuit from me then that is what is to be paid for, and you may not ask to downgrade it to a partial suit. If financial struggle happens I will allow more time to pay off your suit but if you cannot continue to pay then I will allow you to sell your suit slot. I accept commissions that I know will keep me financially stable into the future months and me accepting a fullsuit commission is part of that calculation.
At this time we do not accept deadlines, though we will take preferred dates into consideration and do the best we can. Current turnaround time from commissioning is 6-7 months.
I do not do:
-attached feet
-zip on tails/feet/hands
-interchangeable soles
-movable jaws
-realistic suits
I 100% will add a SPH to your suit, just ask! I have no issue with it, and you are free to use your suit for NSFW purposes. It is your item, use it how you wish!
All Scarlet Wings Fursuit items have a warranty of 60 days from being received. The warranty covers all defects of materials and construction, normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to order a commission from Scarlet Wings, we do not work with minors nor do we work with minors through their parents.
I will absolutely not work with zoophiles, pedophiles, transphobes/homophobes, etc. My Fursuit family does not welcome you.
